Terms & Conditions – Vila Petrović

1. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
A deposit or prepayment may be required to secure your reservation, depending on the season or length of stay.

2. Damage Deposit

A €300 refundable damage deposit is required upon arrival.
The deposit is paid in cash or by credit card and will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided no damage or loss has occurred during your stay.
Guests will be informed of any deductions before the refund is processed.

3. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: from 14:00 (2 PM)
Check-out: until 10:00 (10 AM)

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival (unless otherwise stated during booking ) except the case of a NON REFUNDABLE RESERVATION).
Cancellations under 30 days of check in may incur a charge of 50% of the amount.
In the case of non refundable reservation the penalty will be the full amount.

5. House Rules

No parties or events without prior approval.
No smoking inside the property.
Pets allowed only upon prior request.

6. Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay.
Vila Petrović is not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged during the stay.
